Agree, both vids were excellent - not using these tools in my work, I'm unaware of how they compare with the competitors offerings - they impressed me, but I'm not the one that needs to be convinced. Any users of this sort of tool care to comment.
I liked the whole idea of recognising performance publicly, but I thought the animal heads on the wall was pretty whacky even if they were made of cardboard, but then...
...I never did come from a trophy huntin' kind of a culture.
I suppose if it motivates staff, go for it.
