Message from the Chairman

Dear Shareholders

The last 10 weeks or so have proven to be tough but I am very pleased with the progress beingmade.

As previously announced, I flew to Shanghai on Oct 6 and entered quarantine. In China, Quarantineis 21 full days so it commenced the day after I arrived and that finally ended on Oct 28. The impactof COVID still impacts China with targeted lockdowns and restrictions being applied as required,which also include restrictions and quarantine requirements upon travel between major cities.

None the less, I have been very busy and have enjoyed many meetings with representatives of someof the biggest companies in the world when it comes to our proposed Port and Rail project. As Imentioned, I am very pleased with the progress being made here and in Cameroon. I will look toupdate shareholders in more detail in the early part of 2022.

As Xmas is now upon us, I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the board of AustSino, to wish all of our shareholders a very Merry Christmas and to wish everyone a safe, happy andprosperous 2022.
