Wow, that was really, really cringe-worthy. I'm a long(ish)-term holder, and my god, that did not instill me with any faith.
He presented very, very awkwardly - very unnatural. I've seen him present before, and be interviewed, and he's never delivered it like this before? This sounded so robotic, so unnatural, it's made me uneasy.
Kinda wish I had watched this before I topped up this morning...
