Hope Mr. Robert Towner, TEG Director and the CEO of PT Enso Asia, Mr. Tommi Toropainen read this note. @Anythoughts
This is what we think that the offer from PT Enso Asia to TEG should be:
First we have to say that the last company update mentioned that PT Enso Asia buys the entire issued capital of TEG, that means in ASX regulation that it is a takeover. This is completely different that the offer made on July 24th, 2015. Hope the board has not done a "a slip of the tongue". Because my niece is studying in psychology, and when someone does a slip of the tongue, it means something comes up from the profound intention of the person who does it... in this case it could mean that TEG board gives his entire "ressources" to PT Enso Asia and that he knows it... hope it is not the case and we do not end up by getting nothing but only money to pay salaries of the TEG executives for a few months and who knows what other deal that we do not know that can be done under the table...
Best scenario for TEG shareholders is:
The best scenario for us is that PT Enso Asia buys 51%-60% of the entire issued capital of TEG to respect the shareholders, so we can keep some of our shares and shares will go up once the announcement is done and signed. The Top 20 shareholders alliance that we have done will vote YES for that. It is so logical for PT Enso Asia to do that and to the Towners family who owns millions of shares... because they should know that a company with a ASX stock at .001 that signed a deal for a PSC is like a magical story. Everyone will buy TEG if it is a good offer and if the company is not discarded from the revenue of the PSC in Indonesia. This is pure business math and the kind of story that we do not see often. Imagine the scenario... a company with shares at .001 ... PT Enso Asia buys 51% of the entire issued capital of TEG and the stock goes up in only one or a few historical days.
Please don't deceive us because I can assure you that we will not vote for a deal that is not good for shareholders... our TOP 20 alliance represents a "big" percentage of TEG... think about it Mr. Tommi Toropainen, CEO of PT Enso Asia, before sending the offer to all TEG shareholders if you want this deal to work in your favour... and this being said, we are ready to work with you Mr. Tommi Toropainen, nothing personal... we are shareholders and banks that believed in TEG for many years... So either it is you who buy TEG or any other companies that can make a good offer to us.
Hope for the best for all shareholders...
