True, but when mods are under pressure from a load of frivolous TOU's, it would be sometimes easier & quicker to moderate the post in question. You cant blame them under the circumstances. Personally, I would suspend the frivolous TOU merchants. As Madmin said, there is no justification for some of the pettiness out there....
