Nothing is easy in life. No Company s easy to build from scratch. Been there done that.
What is easy is being honest with your shareholders and yourself. When you tell your holders that you're weeks away from announcing your preferred JV over the last 12 months and don't deliver, I think people have every right to ask serious questions about your inability to get a JV over the line.
That's what managing directors and CEOs are paid to do.
