I know what you are saying, but the problem I guess, is if GJ came out and told us the absolute truth, it would be showing his hand to the likes of Hanlong. It would work against us, if he was talking the project up in order to obtain the best possible deal from parters then he turned around and told shareholders that he wasn't overly confident. The partners would get a whiff of it and it would be advantage them. It's like when you are playing poker, you don't publicly tell everyone what you've got because you are giving your hand away and losing any negotiating and bluffing power that you had.
