Hello Pandev,

I think we can add that taking all other options off the table other than the chinese route early upon taking company over was very poor negoiating tactics.

If this TO goes through at this price I will be of the opinion we've had a poor salesman at the helm not builder of companies.

But it's not over yet, large amount of conditions can be a benefit or a curse.

IMO a very few twists and turns yet.
