That "det" can be repaid easily by oxides esarnings year 1 IMO. And if not so wanted, can be redeemed at issue of shares at 422. That was a GOOD deal and timing perfect by GT IMO. We have effectively NIL debt to worry about ... and funds still to come from HNC ... 11 mill? ... and HNC to pay 70% of next 5 years' exploration costs. We are in a relatively SENSATIONAL position cf to our peers IMO.
