I shot of this email this afternoon and I'll post a reply if and when one arrives.

Dear Mr. Williams,

I am a long term and loyal holder of EQN. However, I have recently become concerned with the new tax laws in Zambia and the companies response to the law changes. I understand that EQN has a binding tax agreement with the previous regime, but the little information that is reaching the market suggests that said agreement will not be honoured.
I was hoping you could clarify for me the situation from the company's point of view? If the agreement is not honoured, is there any realistic legal recourse either locally or internationally to resolve this situation?

I understand this is a complex issue but any and all information you can provide will be much appreciated.
