Magari - or anyone else - what is the NPV of Equinox on a taxed and non-taxed basis. With the UFS and commissioning so close you can smell it the share price has to be re-rated shortly. I believe 7.50 is what some analysts are predicting.
There are a few options for the NPV with taxed and non taxed options and the UFS outcome so a range on value applies.
