It was a short conversation. Mostly, I wanted reassurance that the Top 20 shareholders weren't offloading their shares. I also mentioned the need for Directors to be on the Top 20 list, preferably through on-market buying. I didn't go into anything else. For me meaningful skin in the game is King.
i reached Mr Cossom through GML's landline number, I didn't ask for his mobile. He told me he doesn't visit HC or other gossip sites. But I'm guessing he might have taken a peek today.
The company switchboard lady called me after I spoke to Mr Cossom. Apparently they couldn't find me on the Top 20 list. I explained I have a long, hyphenated name; also some shares are owned by my other half, together we own slightly north of 2m shares. And we are underwater by around 50 percent.
Remember everyone, let's be fair: GML is not the only junior sufferings in the current market. Fingers crossed, hope for the best. They seem happy to engage with shareholders, so feel free to call.
