Both Trent Franklin & Kerry Hamanis bought a few years ago shares on market and are both in the top 5 shareholders in GML.
It is far better putting your money into a CR than on market as the funds raised go into drilling more holes in the ground which could be the one that is a huge strike of over say 50g/t will benefit all shareholders.
I would prefer buying in a CR than on market myself if given the opportunity.
