Saddam Hussein routinely imprisoned & beat-up failed sportsmen in Iraq. Cruel, yes. But It worked wonders. Iraq's soccer team became one of the best in the region.
Those GML directors & managers with minimal skin in the game need to be sent up & made to stay in the Bush until acceptable results come in. No more dawdling in the office. A bit of suffering would do 'em good. The rest of the team needs to show their commitment before they get sent up as well.
