Langworthy is still a major shareholder and likely involved operationally somewhat through Gateway’s 2nd biggest shareholder Omni Geo x. From recollection Langworthy is a director of Omni Geo X.

We do not know what’s going on, on the ground. Langworthy might be heavily involved still for all we know, he’s just no longer sitting in at Board Meetings. He is still a major shareholder and as he is financially invested surely he has an interest in what’s going on.

Just my 2 cents.
They might do a raise at 2 cents for all I know just not sure the comment on Langworthy disowning the business is correct so
