Message TO GML Directors, page-101

I wish i was clever, i have been dudded many times, previously held GML too but sold out a year or so back. I was reading the various comments and there are top 20 holders on the thread. Why not use your holding to do something. How can you trust this management team to do anything other than maintain the status quo especially when some directors also earn significant sums from related party transactions. You only need 5% of the register to hold a meeting. Why not? I hold HRN i don't think they will actually do anything proactive to merge GML and HRN but we all know it makes a lot of sense. It just astounds me that in this current market, GML have not rationalised their operations and cut a couple of directors or tidied up the register as a minimum.
