Cujo, I agree with you. Nobody at the time ever thinks that a 'gap' will be closed. KAR is a classic example of gaps closing. KAR has had 4 signigficant ones just this year alone, and bang, what do you know, 3 have closed and the 4th is on it's way. Your naieve if you think it won't happen.
