Now Ken, what is this "Unreasonable Director related transaction" of $33,136 on page 21 of the Administrators report to creditors????? There's only you and Julie that could have made that one as it refers to current directors
And there appears to be a figure of an Unfair Preference Payment of $125,000 on page 22.
We need to have a jolly good chat about this before there is any talk of $110,000 for your services rendered _after_ the share was suspended.
Fortunatley the letter I received from ASIC states there will be a result of one way or another regarding their investigation within about a month which is before the shareholders meeting.
I will give you the inside word Ken,I wont hesitate to call the authorities if there any is any breach that constitiutes an illegal activity with shareholders money uncovered by ASIC.

PS, I hear some ex employee(s) are a bit cross with what was said to the administrators and will be defending allegations vigorously.
