It it sholdn;t. Suggler is right and QTK will come out soon with income, proof of the contracts and that its eventuating and the shares will soar and hold high.
Its been a remarkable turn of events in terms of pretty much the worst that could happen for a company. The main man has even been embroiled in a legal problem.
But it will all change soon and go in favor of QTK rising and solidifying its position as a $1 share.
