GET RID of the Manila call centre NOW ! And allow real human beings to answer phones, not robots that offer to run things through with you, and then when there's a background noise like your dog barking, the robot replies to you "I'm sorry i didn't understand, can we try again ?"
And one almost needs a degree to understand their bills, why not keep it simple ? They also tried to rip me off when i changed bundles from a 50 gig to 100 gig, combined with phone and foxtel, was expecting bill around $240...it was almost $500, a small matter of phone version of "fine print" was omitted, but they reluctantly refunded me the difference after several angry calls from me. Continual outages of late, with the manila call centre assuring me "there's no outage" we will send a technician out in 48 hours. What a joke.
