As Swan gets strapped into his straight jacket he'll still be ranting how strong the economy is!
As he commented on the ABC yesterday, "it is far too early to speculate on a GFC Mark II" when questioned as to whether or not the Government should be planning ahead for the possibility of tough financial times.
Besides he said, the Government has a very strong track record in handling the economy in the face of volatililty in world financial circles.
Maybe for a moment he forgot Labor is in Government and he was referring to the previous Government?
