Capital Raising Update Further to the 4 September 2014 announcement of Axiom Mining Limited’s successful private placement of shares and options to sophisticated investors to raise $2m, the Company advises the placement was oversubscribed—bringing the total amount raised to $2.5m. The funds were raised at a price of $0.015 per share. For every two shares subscribed in the Placement, one option was issued to the investors. The options have an exercise price of $0.02 and expire on 30 November 2014. Full details are available in the accompanying Appendix 3B document.
