There's one thing missing from this ann...
ummm, court costs, anyone, anyone???
I recall previous posts where it was mentioned that in the event of an appeal an upside would be that SMM would have to pay AVQ's court costs straight away? Is this true? and, if so, why wasn't there any mention of same in today's ann?
In the event that $10 or $20 million could be coming AVQs way in the short term then this is HUGE news. Concerning that there was no mention of it.
