Since you rolled out changes to your website a couple of weeks back, your product delivery has become nothing short of appalling.
Many times have I been met with the following
* message - invalid account number
* message - portfolio does not exist
* message - stock does not exist
* 0.00/0.00 bid/ask, particularly during pre and after market match
Brokerage rebates to clients should be seen as a minimum during this time of disruption. You can't expect clients to pay full price for half a service.
It's become so bad it's farcical.
