    this hole messy takeover has been a real shambles from word go.

    the cost of time and money for both sides is unforgiving.

    GWR going forward has been at a snails pace.

    the cost to FAS has been everthing...no drilling to prove a resource...and now out of cash.

    this has been a bad deal for all share holders both GWR and FAS.

    FAS have a lot to answer for.

    i hope the EGM is on time and GWR boot the rogue directors out so we can move on.
