    My strong preference is cultivate a large user base first. Focus on monetisation activity after this has been established.

    4Sight, unless you have a (sustainable) unique value proposition without competition, you can’t do both at the same time (monetisation and scale). Pick your priority.
    ESH has a solid platform with a slight uvp with mobile. So some leverage there. Naturally as a function of Razer requirements and quid pro quo.
    That said, from ESH perspective, strategically and therefore more significantly, ESH has incredible industry partners as a function of Razer, with walk-up access and exposure to large scale customer bases. That will provide marketing exposure to several hundred million potential prospects over the next 18months. 10% strike on that will be nice.
    Platform usage first, big money later. It’s how all platforms successfully work these days. Let’s focus and put screws on; 1. New users, 2. Frequency of use, 3. Retention and stickiness of users, 4. Advocacy through survey and insight. Will inform monetisation capacity/capability.

    I am very happy with ESH and would love HC discussions to focus on last 4 points
