The iron ore was a question in my head...I have been doing some digging around CDB.

Block 6 is no suprise, as this was my assessment too, but I was assuming the refinery would be part of the process of adressing the heavy oil issue on that black.

The "buy 20m on market" is an interesting one, but I have heard of such things actually driving the price down as the "player" involved manipulates the volumes accordingly. Better perhaps to say...buy on market till the price is "x"...then we will talk.

Otherwise, most was as expected.
