This is more or less a done deal - the blocks have been offered - it is dependant upon completing financing in the next week or so. Conrad is most interested in Block 6.

Hope we do have an announcement regarding Offshore prior to the EGM. Did he mention anything about Tony Caplin and how his report is coming along???
