    Hi Mattyr

    A number of points I belive:

    1. Shallow so cost of well is $20-30M compared to $100M for deep water

    2. Close to land, so can pipe oil/gas back - overall logistics are much easier

    3. The block itself looks good from the finds and information they have on them.
