MS's view was that we are still ahead of the game for the refinery - but only just with a lot of interest coming into Angola very recently. It is this interest that has caused delays to the likes of the onshore Kwanza that CVI has been looking at since 2006 as companies like Sinopec are willing to pay $1B+ for great blocks - this is what blew the Angolans away and made them re-evaluate their oil plays.

With this said however, it is unlikely to influence our oil plays (onshore and offshore) as we are going through the back door. Could effect the refinery.
