The super big signiture bonuses were around from 2003/4 onwards, well before CVI's 2006.
These fees were not applicable for onshore except maybe Kon 11 and 12 where there were some large fields.
The rest of onshore was reserved for "Angolans" and their smaller connections. But we have been waiting since 2006 anyway! We were in the tent, remember.
