froyo raised US$1.6m in december 2021, US$6m in March 2022, an undisclosed amount in April 2022 from XT.com, & were self-funded initially too:

payment to us is unrelated to Froyo's token, & "management has conducted its due diligence on Froyo Lab ... proof of funds [were] provided by Froyo Lab"; so i think we're good:
