I wonder if the JRV boys might also be in the same boat as INL very soon. The price of nickel stinks right now.
I bet even though the chinese have signed up, they would have to have very shakey knees right now over the economics of the venture with the current pricing.
They have a time line similar to INL also for the "Big announcement" :-) The end of October will be an interesting time for those that survive.
