Those greedy banking types with all those bonus payouts preying on the weak mortgagees who couldn't afford those loans in the first place....blah blah blah

Congratulations to INL for introducing the policy of banning Directors and employees from selling or purchasing shares, 'pending some major announcement'.
That stopped the flood of buying:
Two Director purchases -
1/ 100,000 share value $8,590, (9/5/2008).
2/ 30,000, value $1800, (17/3/2008).
Makes you wonder why this was necessary. Perhaps it was the employees doing all the trading with 'inside knowledge'. Looking at the volumes lately I don't think even their friends and relatives are buying into this stock.
With such a big announcement pending, why aren't we seeing some volume or increase in the SP (apart from the spike on this 'announcement').
My INL vision tells me a country of mountains, plains and nomadic tribes once ruled by Genghis Khan.
Is there any chance of any announcement before the 31st October or will this play out to the Last Waltz.
