Announcements with no substance behind them only instill further panic, they don't settle nerves. Babcock and Brown were forever issuing cheery statements while getting smashed into oblivion. I came into MNC at about 20 cents several years ago, sold some in the high 30's and the rest about a year ago at 8 cents. It's not clear to me how or why things are as bad as they are, but the market's making it's view on this one clear.
