neither this or nor any other government allows this type of tech to go offshore without a thorough vetting of the recipients

it is moments like these in a company's history that Directors should be required to provide independent auditing of all their financial affairs for at least the next 3 years after a deal like this, just to be sure everything is clean and above board, especially when a deal like this "sells the farm" from beneath current owners

something really stinks about this deal
