My view of the performance of the present MS team:
They have not finished ANY of the products that they said they would.
They did not get ANY of the orders they said they would.
They did not get ANY of the revenue streams which were going to fund further development.
They have not completed ANY final certification of final product or HE ammunition.
And, the MS team has continued to change direction, seemingly as they 'discover' another 'new' path to success. I listen to them speak, and it sounds as though they are evasive politicians, and certainly NOT innovators. I listen to them explain away, or ignore entirely, failed policies, such as 'systems integration' and 'Now, Maybe Later, Never'. I watch as they have destroyed the value of the technology, and watch as their most frequent ASX announcement has now become to do with the creation of ever more shares.
I watch in dismay as a contract to do no more than assemble a shopping list of parts for someone else is seriously presented as 'progress'. What's next?. A lamington drive?.
I see only incompetence in a team that breaks the absolute golden rule of capital raising, namely to never allow the company to get itself into a position where it is raising capital while in dire financial straits.
The only 'achievement' they deliver that stirs amazement, is the repeated failures, delays and back downs which seem to arrive to damage company prospects, even after we have been entitled to assume on many occasions that the company situation could not possibly get any worse.
Only ongoing poor leadership can produce such extensively failed outcomes. Shareholders are being very badly let down.
