    Last year when there was a move by some shareholders to offer a deal to save the company, I spoke with Pinder and she told me that Metal Storm Ltd owes about 20M dollars to Metal Storm Pty.

    Could someone explain to me why this is not a factor in the administration deliberations? How can Metal Storm Ltd still be operating with such a substantial debt to Metal Storm Pty?
