Good point on the NAV boost KB1.
Updating Simon Thompson's (Investors Chronicle FT) recent basic NAV calculation using the latest SFR & CBE SPs and allowing the other factors the same value I reckon MTR has close to this NAV at present:

SFR contribution worth 8.2p per MTR share @ AUD 6.85 SP
CBE worth 1.9p per share @ AUD 10.5c SP
Cash worth 0.9p
NSR at A4 + capped at T3 worth 7.5p per share
Listed portfolio 1.5p

Estimated NAV 20p or AUD 37.32c.

For increased accuracy the present cash and listed PF value need to be known.
