A lot of knockers about and I am no expert but I'm wondering whether they are just upset for not holding or genuinely concerned about the transaction.
Either way the BOD must honestly think they can make it work and will bring in the staff to make it happen. There must be financial backers willing to back this as well so surely they are not stupid.
I don't know who is right or wrong but this honestly could be huge!
