    Interesting things happening over at JRV with shareholders putting forward resolutions to effect a board spill.

    What I find most interesting is one of the new directors nominated is Metallica's own Andrew L Gillies.
    So how does that sit with Andrew on the board of another scandium hopeful with a head full of intellectual property on Metallica's patented processes?
