    UXA Chairman Mr Neill Arthur is also Chairman of Metallum Resources META a UK unlisted company. Metallum has certain rights to Geoscience Wireline in Europe and Granite Power Resources GPR in Australia, in which Mr Arthur is also Chairman.[director Mr Ian Mutton is also a director of META, GPR and UXA]

    META will be taken over by Focus Gold Corporation OTCBB in March 2011 and renamed Focus Celtic Gold FCG. Mr Arthur will manage FCG.
