Crap loads of the coal on the plateau is coking coal, thats why they are going after it so fiercely.

Bring on the outcomes of the court cases so DOC can grant the permits and the coasters can start earning some wages.

On a side note, my older brother is a builder who was working on the big storage facility at the port in westport. He told me that Brightwater engineering who were contracted to build the facility has folded. I read about a year ago that they were cutting staff because the mine had not opened as early as they had hoped so I guess that they are feeling the effects of the delays caused by the appeals.

Does anyone think that we will get back up over $1 any time before we start producing?

Surely they should have something for us by months end!
