What i mean is kero is probably the carrier organic phase and there could be up to 3 specilist reagents added to remove the Fe Ti and V with a feed rate of ~1000 t per day that is a fiar bit of solutions moving around.

In terms of power compared to pyro met it should be less as all that energy isn't being wasted on heat however if it is a high pressure acid leach then that could change things add stripping as well a recycling of solutions where possible taking place there is a fair bit going on.

One other though i did have as well is what chemical forms do the Fe, Ti and V get recovered in? as this could/will effect down stream processing and further value add.

Just some tech thoughts on the process. It does sound interesting.
