Don't get me wrong, but how would this work if, for example, they cannot come up with some announcement good enough to lift the share price and happen to run low on funds - I don't know what their cash burn rate is now but, just having looked at their Appendix 5b, I would say they have no more than 3 quarters worth of funding left...
Having said that, if the share price stays at no higher than 0.2c, and they decide to raise money, say 10M, then they would have to issue 5 Billion shares. So, we would end up with having almost 13 billion shares...
Would they do this or, rather, consolidate?
