I think there could be quite a few companies very interested in MRD, I mean look at MRL's joint venture with LIT! Soon as there's a mention of a big hitter joining forces with the little guys, share price takes off.
We could be the biggest players in REE in the very near future, which big company wouldn't want some of that.
