It looks kind of like holders are making their own judgement on key risks, like whether a viable process flow sheet can be achieved, hey WE? If economic extraction had already been proven, the SP would of course be much higher.
IF all the experts come back with bad news that the REE is locked up and there's no prospect of unlocking it, THEN your comments might start making sense.
That's not where we are.
