Really significant (or at least I think so) announcement by WC1 this morning.
They've achieved done incredible clay REE upgrades (from <2,000ppm feed to >50,000ppm concentrate) though beneficiation testwork. And this was only using mechanical means - screening, magnetic separation and floatation - to upgrade to grades seen only in hard rock REE deposits.
Can't wait for acid recovery testwork results on this beneficiary concentrate.
Feels like a huge step towards these Esperance deposits being economic.
