Spoken to a MRD contact to confirm a few things.
1. MRD are well ahead in relation to three critical criteria although both MRD and OD6 are likely to have billions of tonnes of rare earths and any mining operation will be mining 10m tonnes per year it will still come down to grades, value of basket and who can get there first.
MRD is well ahead in all three categories.

2. MRD will likely publish an enormous resource long before OD6 does.
3. MRD’s development much further advanced, all on crown land, they won’t have to buy farms which are on some of the most fertile farm land in the country.
4. MRD has conducted significantly more drilling, and has approvals for another 100,000m this year which equates to another 1500 holes and are drilling day and night while 0D6 announced they are drilling 90 holes.
5. MRD have had labs analyse 800 holes already with a further 100 in the labs currently over a 30 x 40km area.

My MRD contact was complimentary of OD6 and said if we’re good then so are they but we’re just further ahead.
Unlike what some people seem to think MRD are doing anything but sitting on their hands.
