Worst case, there is a basic intrinsic value to the underlying asset.
I suspect that there is a parallel thinking by Bacchus and MJ regarding this. My speculative view, is that they will sell the whole under developed project in a turn-around deal via new listing.
If IBG are unable to get this over the line, I doubt that they could raise more capital in the current company.
What you place on that unrealised value, is any ones guess. I WOULD SAY, 15 TO 30 MILLION?
